Caribbean Park has announced the development of a Hyatt Place hotel in Melbourne’s south-east, directly accessible from EastLink.
Construction will commence later this year (2019) and will include 170 rooms, a café, grab-and-go food market, bar, lobby lounge and fitness centre.
Due to open in 2022, Hyatt Place Caribbean Park hotel will take Caribbean Park’s business offering to an even higher market benchmark, reaffirming its position as Australia’s premier business park destination.
Winner of the Property Council of Australia’s Best Business Park Award in 2018, Caribbean Park is the largest office precinct outside of Melbourne’s CBD. It is a choice destination for first-class organisations and capable of generating the demand needed by the hotel.
